Washing Instructions: Wipe with a damp towel and allow to air dry. Do not submerge in water or machine wash.

Heating Instructions: Ensure the product is at room temperature. Microwave for 20 seconds, adding 10-second increments until desired warmth. For wrist sleeves, start at 10 seconds and add in 5-second increments.

Warning: Inspect the product for ice crystals or tears before use. Do not use if gel or ice crystals are visible.

Caution: Always follow instructions. Freeze in a bag, apply only to dry skin, and avoid overheating. Do not use on infected areas or open wounds without medical advice. Keep out of reach of children.
