How to Use Calmare One
Step 1 — Setup
Place Calmare One over your head, covering your forehead, temples, and eyes. Adjust for a comfortable fit, then power it on.
Step 2 — Select Your Heat Level
🌡️ Low (45°C / 113°F)
Perfect for beginners, sensitive skin, or mild tension. Provides gentle warmth for light relief.
🌡️ Medium (50°C / 122°F)
Best for regular use and moderate tension. Delivers balanced warmth for deeper relaxation.
🌡️ High (55°C / 131°F)
Ideal for intense pressure and muscle tension. Not recommended for first-time use or peak migraine sensitivity.
